I have been gluten free for over 20 years, and 10 years ago my life took a drastic detour. After countless procedures and tests, my doctor prescribed an extremely restricted diet and I was forced into retirement. I had to spend hours in the kitchen re-learning how to cook to survive. My heart goes out to people who have to go on very restricted diets. I enjoyed learning how to perfect my gluten free baking and perfecting my skills. So much so, that my friends and family encouraged me to sell my baked goods!
